1. Orange Connect Indonesia Program is a rewards program managed by PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera whereby registered customers can use the Orange Connect Indonesia app to earn points by scanning QR codes attached to selected products.
2. The Orange Connect Indonesia app can be downloaded from Play Store and used by any successfully registered customer, after completing the registration process by filling up all required fields, submitting all mandatory documents as requested, and adhering to all terms & conditions as mentioned below.
3. All registration details and documents will be validated by PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera after submission in the app.
4. PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera has the final authority to approve or reject the customer’s registration at its sole discretion. No explanation will be provided in case of rejection, whatsoever may be the reason.
5. Successfully registered customers will be enrolled into the Orange Connect app and shall avail of the program benefits.
6. The customer will be able to earn and accumulate points by scanning QR codes attached to selected products using the Orange Connect Indonesia app.
7. Points earned can be redeemed through the app in exchange for cash that will be credited to customers registered e-wallet.
8. Funds from redeemed points will be transferred to customers e-wallets within 2-3 days’ time from the date of redemption.
9. Orange Connect Indonesia is not responsible for amount not getting credited in the wallet if the wallet details & account number provided by the customer is incorrect.
10. PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera reserves the right to determine the points earning applicability, mechanism, and allocation on each product under this program.
11. Every Orange Connect Indonesia QR code carries variable points on it that are updated from time to time.
12. PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera reserves the right to modify program details (points allocation, redemption process, etc.) at its sole discretion without prior notice.
13. By registering in this program, customers agree to provide their personal details to Orange Connect Indonesia which will be used for all program related purposes including contacting / messaging / pop-up notification and calling via the registered mobile number.
14. Aside from collecting registration information from customers, the following data may be collected through the Orange Connect app:
a. Geo location: The App will access customer’s device location
b. Phone call access: The App may request permission to access phone functionality so that our business support team can get in touch with customers
c. Camera Access: Customers will need to use the camera for scanning QR codes to earn points.
All data collected is solely for the purpose of operating the Orange Connect Indonesia program. PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera will not share any data collected through the app with third parties.
15. Orange Connect Indonesia reserves the right to extend this program in selected markets and provinces which may have different point systems against the same product coupons.
16. PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera reserves the right to cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
17. Every participating customer is bound by the above T&C’s and all decisions taken by PT Asian Bearindo Sejahtera with respect to any dispute will be final and binding.
